The United States of America is a big country, with lots of different regions and states. The states are often divided into counties or cities, and each county has its own rules and regulations about when it is safe to travel.
If you are travelling from one place to another within the USA, you will be asked to show your travel documents (passport) and/or driver’s license. If you are travelling outside the USA, you may also be asked to show your passport. You may also be asked to show other forms of identification.
The United States Department of State website has a section that discusses “Travel advisories”. This section contains a list of countries that have been declared as being affected by a pandemic. It also gives advice on what precautions should be taken.
The World Health Organization (WHO) has published a list of travel restrictions that can be found here.
There are also many websites that give advice on how to travel safely during the pandemic. One of these sites is the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Their site has a page called “Travelers’ Health” which gives advice on how to prepare for a trip. They also have a page called “Travelers Health – Frequently Asked Questions”. This page has a section called “Traveling During an Outbreak” which has some useful information.
One of the most important things to remember is to avoid crowds wherever possible. Try to keep to your hotel room when you are not out. If you do go out, try to avoid meeting people in restaurants, bars, etc. Try to limit your contact with others.
If you do need to meet someone, try to arrange it at a time when the other person is at home. Make sure that the other person knows that you have the virus. If they do not know, then you will need to tell them before you meet them.
If you are in a group of friends, you should all wear masks and gloves when you are together. This will help to protect everyone in the group. You should also wash your hands frequently.
